I have always had an interest and belief in the beneficial effects of massage. This, increasingly, has become a passion and a driving force which has taken me along the path to becoming qualified to provide massage treatments.

I am fully qualified in Holistic and Therapeutic massage. This also includes Anatomy, Physiology and treatments in Sports, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Indian Head massage. I am also qualified in Reflexology. But it doesn’t stop there. I am always seeking to develop and expand my knowledge and skills in bodywork therapies.

My approach is intuitive, backed up with practical experience to create a truly individual, tailored treatment. Apart from the positive effect that massage has on general well-being and relaxation, I firmly believe in the healing power of massage to alleviate postural pain and promote health and vitality, naturally.
