Prices and Policy

  • Holistic massage

This relaxing treatment helps relieve muscular stiffness and tension, stress and fatigue, and promotes a feeling of well-being. It consists of gentle and flowing strokes, using oils to suit your requirements - calming, stimulating and soothing.

  • Natural Lift Facial massage

Our facial muscles are in constant use from smiling, frowning, crying, eating, yawning etc. Over time this can cause accumulated tension leading to reduced blood and lymph circulation to the facial tissues. This in turn prevents the efficient removal of waste products and reduces the amount of oxygen and nutrients being received. Natural Lift Facial massage reduces tension and improves the flow of blood and lymph.

    • Improve skin suppleness
    • Reduce and release any muscle tension in the face and jaw
    • Reduce expression lines and wrinkles
    • Stimulate rejuvenation and cellular activity
    • Maintain a fresh, youthful appearance
    • Promote blood circulation
    • Enhance mental and physical relaxation
  • Deep Tissue massage

Addresses deeper layers of muscle tissue that are areas of chronic tension and pain. This deep body treatment comprises muscle compressions, cross-fibre constrictions and, where appropriate, gentle stretches. Because of the nature of this treatment and the condition that it addresses, constant feedback is encouraged to ensure comfort and effectiveness of the treatment.

  • Facial Reflexology (Bergman method)

Facial reflexology (Bergman method), also known as The Zone Lift, offers benefits both restorative and therapeutic.

Facial reflexology at one level is a massage-based facelift having a direct rejuvenating effect on the face. But it is also a therapeutic system which can alleviate and reduce symptoms of stress and neurogical conditions throughout the body.

Stimulating microcirculation in the skin of the face, increased blood and lymphatic circulation result in an increase of nutrients and better hydration of the cells - Fine wrinkles soften; the skin looks healthier.

By directing pressure on each zone of the face, the therapist can stimulate energy flow to its corresponding reflex area of the body, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing.

  • Sports massage

Before, during or after sport, massage can enhance performance, prevent injury and improve recovery time after activity. It is particularly helpful for those suffering current or long-term injuries,as it reduces inflammation, pain and stiffness and helps heal strained muscles. Sports massage is an unique treatment, as each session is tailored to your specific injury pressure points, event preparation or recovery.

  • Pregnancy massage

Helps to alleviate many of the physical - and mental manifestations of pregnancy, particularly in the early stages and tailored treatments throughout pregnancy and beyond can bring substantial benefits:-

    • Relieve muscular tension throughout and relax the mind and body
    • Reduce back, neck, hip and leg pain
    • Improve skin tone
    • Assist recovery, physical and emotional, after the birth

A properly qualified pregnancy massage practitioner (check with your GP) is important both for mother and baby.

  • Indian Head massage

Champassage is massage of the head, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face – and is energy balancing. This therapy provides relief from aches and pains, numerous stress related symptoms including insomnia. Champassage promotes a sense of peace, calm and tranquillity.

  • Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears in order to release stress and tension in the nervous system and balance the body's energy.

Deeply calming and relaxing, it promotes well-being. Also, although not used to cure health disorders and should not replace medical treatment, it is widely used as a complementary therapy for a multitude of conditions.

  • Chair massage in the office

Treatment takes only 10-15 minutes to relieve tension and stress and alleviate aches and pains or provide general relaxation in the back, shoulders, head, neck, arms and hands.

    • You remain fully clothed - so you don’t need either changing facilities or extra time to disrobe before and get dressed after your massage
    • No oils are used
    • The special massage chair provided slopes forward and cradles and supports your head, torso and legs - enabling you to comfortably relax and enjoy your massage
    • The short treatments (10-15mins) can easily be fitted into the most hectic work schedules
    • You can go straight from a Board meeting, brainstorming session, or your desk to your massage - and be back at work within the time most people take for a tea break
    • Head and shoulder massage and hand massage (Reflexology) can also be carried out at your desk

The relaxation of your body and mind feels great and enhances your work performance and self esteem.
